Dolin Blanc is softer and a touch sweeter than a dry vermouth, so it meets the vanilla in Lumiere instead of fighting it. Add the olive brine and it turns dirty.

Method
4 stepsChill a martini glass — a few minutes in the freezer, or fill it with ice and water while you build.
Pour the Lumiere and Dolin Blanc into a shaker. Add the olive brine if you want it dirty.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until the tin frosts over.
Empty the glass, strain the drink in, and finish with olives on a pick.
